DESCRIPTION:

To have some fragrant and perfumed Aleatico pomace, still rich due to a non-exhaustive pressing, is a great opportunity.

The skilful work of Vittorio Capovilla and his prestigious Distillery has returned to us a small batch of Grappa with unusual characteristics.

CHARACTERISTICS AND TASTE:

While retaining the masculine character of the distillate, its strength is diluted in a range of aromas typical of the Aleatico, with a perfect balance: flowers, fruit, jam follow and overlap continuously.

The intense scents correspond to a robust body, never harsh, with long and persuasive impressions.
The crystalline and transparent colour denotes the absence of ageing in wood. Packaging in single cases, 0.50 l bottles.
