DESCRIPTION:

From the same Poggio Turco Vineyards cultivated with Aleatico, we produce the Aleatico Passito and the Rosato delle Ripalte, the Brut delle Ripalte was born: a sparkling Brut Rosato Spumante wine made with the Charmat method that preserves the typical characteristics and scents of this aromatic vine.
The scent of wild rose and the note of Mediterranean maquis are the common characteristics of these three wines. The primary scents of flowers and fruit and the excellent dry and clean taste are to be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the beginning of the meal.
The colour of this Rosato is close to pink Tea and evokes sensations of freshness that are punctually found in the wine, alongside the silky and elegant bubbles.



Vinification and ageing: after the harvest, anticipated by fifteen days, the Aleatico grapes are squeezed with a soft pressing to obtain the sparkling wine base, which is then re-fermented in large containers.
During bottling, the liqueur d'expedition consists of Aleatico Passito. The resulting product is pleasant and fresh, with the typical hints of Aleatico.

CHARACTERISTICS AND TASTE:

Look: pale pink in colour
Smell: rich in primary scents, flowers and fruit with a hint of Mediterranean maquis.
Taste: very balanced and fresh, harmonious and delicately fruity.
Recommended at a temperature of 8-10° C.
In addition to the classic combinations with seafood and the rustic island cuisine, the Brut Rosato delle Ripalte finds an ideal match in crustaceans and shellfish.
Very pleasant as an aperitif or to accompany the entire meal.
